Menu for “From Surviving to Thriving” Luncheon

We have been working closely with Chef Carmen at the Royal Ashburn to create this delicious gourmet lunch just for our guests.  The menu will include:

Starter: Spring Mixed Greens with candied pecans, grilled apples and scallions tossed in a honey vinaigrette citrus dressing.
 
Entree: Exotic Grilled Chicken Breast – topped with curried pineapple and rasisin sauce served on a bed of cous cous with grilled vegetables.
 
Dessert: Death by Chocolate!

    Hi Sue- we just finalized the menu for the lunch and as you say it will be “Yummy”! We can’t wait to see everyone at the lunch and also to hear Crystal speak……………..see you there!
